Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and high-quality service to guests, ensuring all their needs are met efficiently and discreetly.
• Manage household staff and coordinate daily operations within the estate.
• Oversee dining arrangements, including meal service and event planning.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure all guest areas are impeccably maintained.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and wardrobe management for guests.
• Offer concierge services, including booking reservations, arranging transportation, and organizing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a refined appearance.
• Knowledge of wine service, etiquette, and formal dining protocols is a plus.
